I added a “New and Updated” list on the front page. A brave foray into DIV based layout.

There are 8 blogs registered - all from people I know, of course.

I need to add a FAQ list - some entries: How do you register a blog? How do you register a parent/child/sibling?

Also, I need to have a Links page that points to blogging sites, such as Blogger, MovableType, LiveJournal, GeekLog, RadioLand, etc., etc.
